MY APPROACH WITH SENIOR LEADERS
Bob has expertise in challenging situations involving large-scale implementation and change efforts with multiple stakeholders. He has extensive experience with senior leaders at all levels in various organizations, industries and countries, and has progressive organizational development and coaching experience. Partnering to explore previously unexamined assumptions, opportunities and perspectives, his clients are resourceful high performers who create amazing solutions to their own difficult challenges, when taking the time and focus to do so. His passion is guiding clients to connect their current experience to future possibilities utilizing strengths and being attentive to weaknesses.
