Bob has extensive experience in both internal and external management, and leadership consulting in over 25 years.  He has worked with over 60 major organizations and hundreds of leaders addressing their management, leadership and organizational challenges.  As the President of Clarity Development Consulting, he focuses on improving efficiencies, effectiveness and engagement, specializing in building trust, growing innovation, corporate culture/communication, relationships, and team building.

Using strength based approaches as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Bob works internationally in various sectors and throughout all levels of an organization.  Industries & sectors include aviation & airports, forestry, energy, mining, software, health care, education including universities, finance, insurance, high tech, retail, churches, restaurants, communications, societies, foundations, Crown corporations, civic, provincial and federal governments, and construction.
